Fixing the new service communications certificate so that ADFS could use it

A funny thing happened on the way to changing the ADFS service communications certificate

Now it is time to add the DMARC records to DNS

In the second part, the DKIM records for the solution are deployed

Getting emails through mail filters these days is getting to be something of a challenge. In this scenario, DKIM and DMARC records are added to DNS to help with this but the solution ended up being more complex than initially thought.
